For teams with their own methodology

Your way of selling.
In the workflow

Caty is whatever you sell. MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or the playbook your enablement team wrote. She scores it on every conversation and tells you which slot is empty, before the deal slips.

Caty is partner-delivered, not self-serve. You hand-raise, we match you to a methodology partner, and you see her run on a live deal before you commit.

Caty, the methodology-flexible AI sales coach

What is a methodology-flexible sales coach?

A methodology-flexible sales coach adapts to whatever qualification framework a team already runs, rather than imposing one. Caty, Replicate Labs’ AI sales coach, coaches MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, CHAMP or a company’s own playbook: she scores every live deal against that framework element by element, flags which slot is still empty (Economic Buyer, Decision Process, Champion), and enforces the standard in the workflow, so the methodology survives the rep’s real week, not just training day. She is delivered through a Replicate Labs partner who configures her to the team’s standards.

Before the call

Walk in knowing the one gap that matters.

Caty reads the last touches on the account and hands the rep a prep brief in your framework’s language. Not a summary. A read: which slots are filled, which are empty, and the exact questions that close the gap on this call.

What good looks like

"You have Pain and a Champion. You have no Economic Buyer and no Decision Process. Here are the two questions that fix that on this call." The method does the thinking so the rep can run the deal.

The coverage map

Every element scored. The empty slot flagged.

MEDDPICC has eight letters and most deals quietly skip three of them. Caty scores all eight on every conversation, marks what is covered, what is thin, and what is wide open, and tells you the question that fills the gap.

Not a checklist you fill in after the deal dies. A live read while you can still act on it: which slot is empty, why it matters, and what to ask next.

After the call

A diagnosis, scored against your bar.

Not a transcript summary. A read: which slots got filled, which are still open, where the deal actually stands against your qualification gate. And the honest part most managers never get.

Whether the rep ran your method or quietly ran their own. A Champion who cannot get you to the Economic Buyer is a coach, not a Champion, and Caty says so before the forecast pretends otherwise.

Logged the deal as: MEDDIC complete, Champion secured, moving to proposal.

Not qualified yet Caty · MEDDIC

Your Champion cannot get you to the Economic Buyer, which makes them a coach, not a Champion. And with no Decision Process, "moving to proposal" is a guess. Two slots are still open. Don’t advance the stage yet.

Our point of view

Methodology training does not fail in the room.

Most teams do not have a methodology problem. They have an adherence problem. The framework was chosen, paid for, and taught. Reps could pass a quiz on it the week after the workshop.

Then the quarter starts. The pipeline gets heavy. And under pressure, reps stop running the method and start running on instinct, because instinct is faster and nobody is checking. Six weeks on, the playbook is a document nobody opens.

A framework you do not execute is just an opinion you paid for.

Caty exists for one reason: to keep your method alive in the deal, not on the wall. She does not have her own opinion about how selling should work. She takes yours, and holds every conversation to it. That is the whole job.

What she coaches

Pick your framework. Or bring your own.

Five paths in. Same coach. She speaks the language of every one of these.

  • MEDDPICC

Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identified Pain, Champion, Competition. Caty scores all eight on every deal and flags the gap.

  • MEDDIC

The original six. Caty knows when you’re missing one before you do, and tells you the question that fills it.

  • SPIN

Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-payoff. Caty drives the implication probe, the question most reps skip.

  • CHAMP

Challenges, Authority, Money, Prioritisation. For fast-cycle deals that run on speed, not a long discovery.

  • Your own

Upload your playbook. Caty learns the language, the standards, the bar. No template required, no forcing your method into someone else’s shape.

Who Caty is for

If you own the method, Caty enforces it.

  • The VP of Sales

Your team learned a methodology in a two-day workshop. Six weeks later the workshop has worn off and reps are back to instinct. Caty keeps the method alive in the work, every deal, every week.

  • The enablement leader

You wrote the playbook. You cannot sit on every call to check it gets followed. Caty is the adherence layer: she scores every conversation against the standard you set, so you see drift before the number does.

  • The methodology partner

You sell and certify a framework. Caty is how your method survives contact with the rep’s real week. You configure her, you run the rollout, you own the relationship. We build the coach.

FAQ

Quick answers.

  1. How do I get Caty for my team? What does starting actually look like?
You hand-raise via the form on this page. Caty is partner-delivered, not a self-serve signup, because configuring her to a real playbook is a guided process. We match you to a Replicate Labs partner with the methodology expertise to set the standards, run the rollout, and coach your managers. The first step is a working session: the partner runs Caty against one of your live deals so you see the read before you commit to anything.
  2. Why is Caty partner-delivered and not self-serve?
Because the value is in the configuration. Caty is only as good as the standards she is coaching against, and getting those standards right, the qualification bar, the stage gates, the exact definition of a real Champion on your deals, takes someone who knows methodology rollouts. A partner does that properly. A signup form cannot. This is a deliberate trade: slower to start, far sharper once running.
  3. How long until Caty is coaching real deals?
The configuration session with your partner is the bulk of the work, and it is usually a matter of days, not weeks. Once your playbook is loaded, Caty coaches from the first call. Reps see a prep brief and a scored diagnosis on day one.
  4. What if my company invented its own methodology?
That is exactly what Caty was built for. Bring it. The partner configures her against your standards, your qualification criteria, your stage gates. There is no template you have to bend your method into. Your playbook is the rubric.
  5. Does she replace methodology training providers like Force Management or MEDDIC Academy?
No. She complements them, and in most rollouts the training provider is the partner who delivers her. Training teaches the framework in a room. Caty keeps it running in live deals after everyone leaves the room. Run the training, then run Caty so the method actually sticks.
  6. Can I bring my call recordings?
Yes. Caty connects to your calls automatically across 2,500+ tools, Gong, Salesforce, Granola, calendar and inbox, or paste a transcript or upload audio. She reads the call and scores it against the framework you are on, slot by slot.
  7. What does Caty need from each rep?
Nothing they would not already have. The conversation, the email thread, the deal context. No new forms, no separate tool to log into mid-call. Caty works off what the rep is already doing.
  8. Is my data used to train models?
No. We do not fine-tune any LLM on customer data. No customer data is ever accessible to another customer. Company-level tenant isolation, SOC 2 Type 1, GDPR compliant.
