The common question

“Can I run two methodologies at once?”

Short answer: you do not run two coaches for two methodologies. Each coach has one core. Keenan’s is Gap Selling, and he will coach against MEDDPICC, MEDDIC or SPIN alongside it if you ask. Caty is the methodology-flexible coach, configured to whatever framework your team already runs. So you pick the coach whose core fits, and the methodology flex happens inside that coach. One coach, your playbook, coached properly.

  1. Can I use two methodologies at once?
    Each coach has one core methodology. Keenan is built on Gap Selling, and if you ask he will also coach against MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or SPIN alongside Gap, not instead of it. Caty is the methodology-flexible coach: she is configured to whichever framework or playbook your team runs. So you do not run two coaches for two methodologies. You pick the coach whose core fits, and they flex around your context.
  2. Which coach should I start with?
    If you want to start today on your own, Keenan. He is the only self-serve coach: 60 minutes free, no credit card. If your team runs MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or a custom playbook, that is Caty. If your team runs the ValueSelling Framework, that is Val. If you are a sales leader who wants pipeline and team-pattern analysis, that is Bryce.
  3. What is the difference between self-serve and hand-raise?
    Keenan is self-serve. You sign up, connect what you want, and start coaching, no conversation required. Caty and Val are hand-raise because they are configured to a specific methodology and rolled out with a partner, so they need a short setup conversation first. Bryce is hand-raise but included as standard on Team and Enterprise plans.
  4. Can a rep and a leader use different coaches on the same team?
    Yes, and most do. Reps work with a methodology coach (Keenan, Caty, or Val) on their live deals. Leaders work with Bryce, who reads across the whole team’s calls and pipeline. They share context, so what reps practise and where they struggle informs what Bryce surfaces to the manager.
  5. Do I have to switch methodology to use Replicate Labs?
