James runs everything outside engineering (product, methodology, the coaching itself) and built Replicate Labs to put a manager-grade coach in the room when the deal is actually moving, not in a workshop two quarters earlier.

Alex leads engineering and security, owns the infrastructure on Google Cloud’s London region, and is the person on the team who refuses to ship a shortcut.
