What is Replicate Labs?
Replicate Labs builds AI Managers: AI sales coaches that sit inside a rep’s workflow and coach them before, during, and after live deals. Most sales tools are built to deliver content or capture data. We are built to change behaviour. The job is to close Performance Drift, the gap between what a rep learns in training and what they actually execute on a real call. -
How is this different from an LMS like Mindtickle or Showpad?
An LMS measures whether a rep watched something. Modules, quizzes, certifications, completion rates. Replicate Labs measures whether a rep can execute. The distance between passing a quiz and winning a deal is exactly what we close. Content delivery gets you compliance. We get you execution. -
How does Replicate Labs compare to Gong?
Gong is conversation intelligence. It records, transcribes, and tells you what happened. Replicate Labs is a coaching platform: it takes what happened and turns it into a change in behaviour. They work well together. Gong recordings can flow into Replicate Labs as deal context, so your coach knows what was actually said, not what the rep remembered. -
Is it a training tool or a coaching tool?
Both, and that is the point. Replicate Labs runs across the rep’s journey: building the skill, embedding the behaviour, and coaching execution on live deals. Those layers share context. What a coach learns about a rep in a practice session informs how it coaches them on a real deal weeks later. -
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 60 minutes of coaching time with Keenan and 50 chat messages, no credit card required. It is fully self-serve. Drop in a stalled deal or a call transcript and see what the coaching sounds like before you pay anything. -
What does it cost beyond the free tier?
Individual is $59 per month on annual billing ($69 monthly) for unlimited Keenan. Team starts at $75 per seat per month annual ($90 monthly) and adds Bryce, team analytics, and CRM integrations. Enterprise (11+ seats) is custom and adds Val and Caty, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, and a dedicated account team. Free, Individual, and Team are all self-serve. -
Which AI coach should I use?
Keenan if you sell with Gap Selling, or want to start today on your own. He is the only self-serve coach. Caty if your team runs MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or a custom playbook. Val if your team runs the ValueSelling Framework. Bryce if you are a sales leader who wants pipeline and team-pattern analysis. The AI Managers page walks through the choice in detail. -
What sales methodologies do you support?
Gap Selling, coached by Keenan. The ValueSelling Framework, coached by Val. MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, CHAMP, and custom playbooks, coached by Caty. On the outbound side, Gap Prospecting pairs with Keenan and Vortex Prospecting pairs with Val. Each coach is built to coach a methodology, not just reference it. -
Can I use two methodologies at once?
Each coach has one core methodology. Keenan is built on Gap Selling, and if you ask he will also coach against MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or SPIN alongside Gap, not instead of it. Caty is methodology-flexible and configured to your playbook. If you want a coach whose primary methodology is one of those frameworks, that is Caty or Val. -
Does this replace my sales manager?
No. It replaces the parts of coaching a manager cannot physically scale. A manager with 15 reps cannot run a coaching session before every important call. An AI Manager can. That gives the human manager leverage: more time for strategy, deal escalations, and the conversations that genuinely need a person. -
How does the AI know about my deals?
Through the context you connect. CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) sync opportunity stage, value, contacts, and history. Call recorders (Gong, Fathom, Fireflies, Salesloft) bring in what was actually said on the call. And every coaching conversation adds to a growing deal record. By the time a rep asks for help, the coach already knows the deal. -
What does it integrate with?
CRM: Salesforce and HubSpot. Call recording: Gong, Fathom, Fireflies, and Salesloft. Calendar: Google and Microsoft. And Slack, so coaching happens in the rep’s workflow rather than in another tab. You can also interact by video, voice, or chat. -
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Customer data is never used to fine-tune or train any language model. Zero. The platform runs on OpenAI’s GPT model series, and all personalisation happens at inference time through prompt engineering and a per-user memory system. Your team’s data does not feed a shared model that other customers benefit from. -
Is Replicate Labs secure?
Replicate Labs is SOC 2 Type 1 certified (A-LIGN, May 2025) and GDPR compliant, headquartered in London. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform with a London region for EU and UK customers, and tenants are isolated at the company level with no cross-customer access. We run quarterly vulnerability scans and annual third-party penetration testing. -
