Training ends.
Drift begins

Your methodology landed on the certification day. By week four it’s gone. Replicate Labs is the coaching layer that lives where the work happens, every call, every email, every deal, and keeps your playbook in the room.

The playbook in the wild · methodology that survives past launch week

Six jobs

What enablers actually use it for.

  • Methodology rollout

A framework that survives past launch week.

Pick MEDDPICC, Gap Selling, ValueSelling, or your own. The coach enforces it in every roleplay, every call review, every deal, not just at certification time.

  • Onboarding

New hires productive in week two, not week ten.

Drop a new AE into Caty on day one. They learn the playbook by running their actual deals through it, not by sitting through a slide deck they’ll forget by Friday.

  • Skill drills

    Short, structured, in-the-flow practice.

20-minute discovery drills, objection-handling rotations, competitive deal-prep. The muscle gets built before the customer call, not retro after it.

  • Product launch

Whole team launch-ready in two weeks.

New product, new pricing, new positioning. Spin up a coached scenario library, run every rep through it, certify before launch day.

  • Manager coaching

Frontline leaders practising the hard conversations.

Promoted-from-IC managers run their hardest 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance reframes against a coach calibrated to your leadership model.

  • Coaching observability

    See which playbooks actually stuck.

Which reps are on-methodology? Which dropped off? Where does drift land most often? Bryce surfaces it, so enablement spend lands where it counts.

The methodology-flexible coach

Meet Caty.

Your team runs MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or its own playbook. Caty coaches against it. Upload your standards once; she enforces them in every roleplay, every call review, every deal, forever.

FAQ

Quick answers.

  1. Can we use our existing methodology, or do we have to switch to yours?
Use yours. Upload your playbook, qualification standards, stage gates. Caty learns the language and the bar. We coach against your framework, not ours.
  2. How does this integrate with our LMS / Mindtickle / SalesHood?
It doesn’t, and intentionally. Those are training and content tools. Replicate Labs is the in-workflow coaching layer that lives after training ends. Run them in parallel: LMS for content, Replicate Labs for execution.
  3. What about coaching humans need to do?
Career conversations, motivation, performance reframes: those stay with the human manager. The AI takes deal coaching, methodology adherence, and skill drills off the manager’s plate so they can do the human-judgement work.
  4. Will reps actually use it?
When the coaching is useful, yes. Most teams see >80% weekly active in week three. Free tier is a safety valve: reps can try before any commitment.
  5. How do we measure impact?
Drift metrics (methodology adherence over time), ramp time for new hires (time-to-first-paid-deal), and rep-by-rep coaching coverage. Bryce surfaces it; you make the case to the CFO.
  6. How long is implementation?
Two weeks to first useful drift signal. Six to eight weeks to full team rollout with methodology customisation and manager training. We work with your enablement lead, not around them.
