  1. How does this work alongside Gong / Salesforce?
    Gong records calls. Salesforce holds the stage. Bryce reads both and tells you what each one is missing. We don’t replace either. We add the coaching layer they were never designed to be.
  2. Will reps trust it if it’s reading their calls?
    Yes, on three conditions: rep-coach conversations stay private (Bryce surfaces patterns, never verbatim transcripts to managers), reps can see what their coach sees, and the coaching is actually useful (which it has to be, or they’ll stop using it).
  3. What happens to managers in this model?
