Day one with Keenan
What the first 90 minutes looks like
Before the call. On the call. After the call. Three stations where the same coach sits inside the work you already do. No new tool to learn. No 4-week onboarding. Sixty minutes free.

Three stations
Where Keenan slots in.
Not a new app to live in. A coach who turns up in the workflow you already run: your Gong, your Slack, your calendar, your email.
-
Station 01
Before the call
Drop in the deal. Get the prep brief.
Paste the account, the stage, and the meeting goal. Keenan tells you the question you have to land, the trap that is coming, and the proof point that earns the next meeting. Sixty seconds, not sixty minutes.
You get You walk in with a one-page brief: the buyer's likely objection, the discovery probe that opens it back up, and the close-of-meeting commitment you should leave with.
-
Station 02
During the call
Live notes panel. Coaching while you sell.
Keenan joins your live meeting via the notes panel. Surfaces the question you forgot to ask, flags the gap signal you almost walked past, drafts the follow-up commitment in real time.
You get A running transcript with marginal annotations from Keenan: where the buyer leaned in, where they pulled back, what to circle on the way out.
-
Station 03
After the call
Line-by-line autopsy. Then the next email.
Paste the transcript, drop a Gong / Fathom / Fireflies link, or upload audio. Keenan walks the call line by line, names the gap you missed, and writes the follow-up that re-opens the deal.
You get A line-by-line diagnosis: the moment the deal stalled, the probe that would have caught it, and a draft follow-up email already in your clipboard.
The first three days
Four moves in session one. Pattern by day three.
The reps who stick are not the ones who finish a checklist. They are the ones who run a few moves on day one, run more on day two, and by day three the pattern across their deals starts to show. These are the four moments where the coaching first pays its rent.
- 1
Paste a transcript from your last hard call
The first scorecard tells you which probe you skipped.
- 2
Ask Keenan about your hardest open deal
See the question he asks back. That question is your tell.
- 3
Prep tomorrow's call with the prep brief
Walk in with a buyer-owned next step, not a check-in.
- 4
Run Gap Prospecting on your last cold email
See what he cuts and what he keeps. The next draft writes itself.
The first three days
By Thursday you walk into your 1:1 differently.
- Day 1
Drop in your hardest deal. Keenan tells you what is missing.
- Day 2
Run two more calls past him. Start seeing the pattern across your deals.
- Day 3
The pattern shows. You see what is missing across your deals, not just the one. That is the gear shift.
FAQ
Quick answers.
-
Do I need anything before signing up?
No. Google SSO and you are in. Bring a deal, a transcript, or a cold email. Any of those gives Keenan something to work with on the first session. -
What if I do not have a call transcript yet?
You can describe a deal in plain English instead. Keenan runs the same diagnostic. Paste it on day two when you have one. -
Will my manager see what I run past Keenan?
On free and Individual plans: no. On Team plans, Bryce surfaces team-wide patterns to managers, never verbatim transcripts. The rep-coach conversation stays yours. -
What if Keenan does not coach the methodology my team uses?
Keenan is built on Gap Selling but will coach against MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or another framework alongside Gap if you ask. If your team needs a coach whose primary methodology is one of those, that is Caty. Speak to your manager about an Enterprise rollout. -
How does free become paid?
Sixty minutes of coaching time runs out, then you pick a plan or you stop. No card on file, no auto-charge. The Individual plan is $59/month annual, or $69 monthly.
Start with one transcript
