POST 1 — AI Manager

Suggested posting: Tuesday or Wednesday, 3-5pm UK

There's no such thing as an AI sales coach.

There's an AI manager.

Or there's expensive roleplay.

The difference matters.

A coach helps you get better over time.

An AI manager steps in when your deal is at risk.

Right now.

On the real opportunity.

Not in a simulation.

Not after a workshop.

In the actual email you're about to send.

Reps aren't walking around asking "how do I get better at discovery?"

They're asking "this one has gone quiet -- what do I do?"

The AI that answers the second question gets used every day.

The AI that only answers the first one gets opened twice and abandoned.

We're not building an AI coach.

We're building the manager who steps in when it matters.

Hook options considered:

  • "Most AI sales coaches aren't coaching. They're practising." (strong but slight overlap with April post)
  • "There's no such thing as an AI sales coach." (winner — cleaner and sharper)
  • "We sold the industry on AI coaching. The industry bought AI roleplay." (good but more abstract)

POST 2 — The Rollout Insight

Suggested posting: Thursday or Friday, 11am-1pm UK (different day to Post 1)

The reps who get the most from AI coaching aren't the ones you trained first.

They're the ones who got stuck.

We've been onboarding field sales teams to AI coaching for two years now.

The pattern is consistent.

You deploy the platform. You run the intro. You track the logins.

For the first few weeks, activation is patchy.

Then someone loses a deal they shouldn't have. Or a renewal goes quiet. Or a new rep is two months in and still doesn't know what to say when a prospect pushes back.

Suddenly the platform is everywhere.

Not because the training worked.

Because the problem was real.

The best deployments aren't built around the training plan.

They're built around the moments when a rep genuinely doesn't know what to do next.

That's where behaviour change lives.

Not in the onboarding deck.

In the moment after the call that went sideways.

Hook options considered:

  • "Three months between onboarding and the first deal they own. That's the gap nobody talks about." (too long for a hook)
  • "The reps who use AI coaching most aren't the ones you trained first." (winner — surprising, earns the next line)
  • "You can deploy AI coaching to your whole sales team in 48 hours. Most do. Most see nothing happen." (product-adjacent, risks sounding like a pitch)
