We've spent a decade building tools to make reps better.
We've built almost none that make their manager better.
Battlecards. Talk tracks. Objection libraries. Call recording. Deal intelligence.
All of it pointed at the rep.
So the manager still walks into a 1:1 with a gut feel and a scorecard nobody filled in properly.
Still says "good call" or "needs work" without being able to say what, exactly, or why.
That's not a rep problem. It never was.
Reps don't need another tool telling them what to say.
They need someone in the room, every single time, who's actually watched them practice and can tell them what changed since last time.
Most managers can't be that person daily. Not because they're bad at the job.
Because there's one of them, a pipeline to run, and fifteen reps who all needed that conversation this week.
That's the gap we built for. Not to replace the manager.
To be in the room when they can't.
