Post 1 — Thought leadership

hook_pattern: Personal admission -> setup/pivot post_type: thought leadership

I ran a sales team once. One manager. Eleven reps.

Every Friday I'd try to give eleven people a proper coaching session. Twenty minutes each, if the week went perfectly.

The week never went perfectly.

So coaching became a status update. Where's the deal at, what's blocking it, see you next week. Nobody got better. Not because I was a bad manager. Because the maths was impossible.

Meanwhile the entire AI sales category spent two years solving the other half of this problem.

A more realistic buyer to practise against. A better avatar. An objection handler that pushes back convincingly at 7am before your first call.

It works. We build it too.

But practising against a fake buyer was never the hard part. A decent model with a persona prompt does that now. Twenty companies sell roughly the same thing.

The hard part was always what I ran into on Fridays. Coaching enough reps, well enough, consistently enough. That shortage never went away. Almost nobody built for it.

The AI buyer is the equipment in the gym.

The AI manager is the coach standing next to you telling you your form is off.

We built the second one.

Genuinely curious what your Friday afternoons looked like. Did coaching survive contact with eleven reps, or did it become a status update too?

Post 2 — Product / decision

hook_pattern: Provocative contrarian claim -> reveal post_type: product announcement

We used to make you book a call to try the product.

Fill in a form. Wait for a rep. Sit through a demo. Then, maybe, get access.

That's not a free trial. That's a sales process wearing a trial's clothing.

So we killed it.

14 days. Full access. No card.

If it's not for you, walk away. You owe us nothing, we don't chase you.

If it is, free forever gets you real coaching. Voice sessions, unlimited chat up to the monthly cap. No sales call. Not now, not later.

We're betting a rep who spends two weeks actually coaching with it converts harder than one who sat through a deck and forgot it by Thursday.

If we're wrong, we'll know fast. The data doesn't lie the way a demo can.
