Five rounds, one deal, carried
Approach, discovery, the silence, the proposal, the decision. Every round inherits the last, so the buyer remembers what a rep wrote in round one and quotes it back at them in round two.
Replicate Labs presents
Your whole floor works one opportunity end to end, marked against your criteria. Played once before the programme and once after, so you finally have a before and an after that compare.

Created and run in partnership with the world’s greatest sales trainers, consultants and coaches.
Dynamo is a competitive sales simulation designed to be used around your Sales Kickoffs and other large training events. Everyone runs one opportunity from cold outreach to final decision, against a buyer built from your own market. A coach marks every move in line with what you’re trying to train on. You leave with a full read on every team or person at your company and a plan of how to drive the change you need.
Why it sticks
Approach, discovery, the silence, the proposal, the decision. Every round inherits the last, so the buyer remembers what a rep wrote in round one and quotes it back at them in round two.
Nothing is unscored. Each move is marked against your criteria and converted into sales power, measured in watts. A dynamo only generates while it is turning, so waffle and silence both cost output.
Sometimes a rep clears a round and finds out two stages later that the deal was already lost, because of something they did earlier. Real deals fail exactly like this, and no scorecard has ever shown it.
Run one before the programme sets the baseline. Run two afterwards, same deal and same marking, shows what actually moved. Most enablement teams have never had a before and after that compare.
Two runs, always
Run one sets the baseline before your programme. Run two comes after, on the same deal with the same marking, so you see exactly what moved.
Before the kickoff or programme. Every seller plays the deal, and you get the baseline, round by round.
The baselineThe training, the playbook launch, the SKO. Whatever you are trying to land.
Your partAfterwards, or live in the room. Same deal, same marking, so the numbers line up against run one.
The changeA round, end to end
01Write
One email to the buyer, with a word budget and a rule about what may not appear. The coach says nothing until it is sent, then marks every line.
ValValueSelling Framework®02Call
A live voice call with a buyer who will not rescue a vague question. Afterwards the coach rings back to walk through what happened, and typing is only there for anyone who cannot talk.
KeenanGap Selling03Summarise
The buyer forwards the summary to finance. It is marked on whether it stays inside what the buyer actually said, so a promise he never made costs more than a typo.
HannahHigh Performance Sales Habits04Marked
Each criterion is either something the buyer said back or only your read. Only what the buyer confirmed carries into the next round, so a guess made in round one is still costing you in round four.
CatyMEDDPICC or your playbookSales power
Pass a round and its dynamo comes online, sending power down the line to the hub. Five rounds, five dynamos, one grid. Lose one and it sits dark until you replay it.

Live at the front of the room
Watts climbing all afternoon, which does more for a room than any amount of asking people to participate. It is not the point of the day. The read underneath it is.
Dynamo · Replicate Labs
The board as it runs on the day, thrown on the big screen.
Offered enhancement · Peer
Peer is an independent panel of trained assessors. They can mark a sample of your Dynamo runs against the same criteria, without seeing the coach’s score, so the two can be compared for calibration.
Dynamo’s buyers are simulated, so assessors only ever hear someone selling to an AI buyer. No real customer conversation is involved.
Names are replaced with codes before anything reaches an assessor.
Each run is marked against your criteria with no sight of the AI score or its report.
Assessors write their reasoning next to every mark, so your reads carry a human view of what happened and why.
The spoils
Every transcript, every graded move and every point a deal turned, across your whole go-to-market in one afternoon. Five working days later it comes back cut four ways.
Where the deal was actually lost, not where it died
Three sellers in forty-one put a number on what the problem costs the buyer. The rest carried an unpriced problem into a pricing conversation, and procurement did the arithmetic for them.
Every number traces to a named run, a round and a quoted line.
Movement by team, between the two runs
| Team | Run one | Run two | Weakest criterion |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise North | 4,120 W | 5,690 W | Impact quantified |
| Enterprise South | 4,480 W | 5,310 W | Access to power |
| Commercial | 3,910 W | 4,060 W | Problem identification |
| Partner-led | 2,740 W | 3,180 W | Next step agreed |
Enterprise North and South moved. Commercial did not, and their weakest criterion is the one the launch spent the most time on. That is a delivery question, not a capability one.

What to coach, and the call to play back

Four rounds, four times she had the opening and moved on. Agree one drill: a buyer-confirmed number before any solution. The call is queued at four minutes twelve.

Your rounds
You lost it at 00:04:12 in round two. She told you the reconciliation was costing her people two days a month and you moved to the next question. Everything after that was a conversation about price with nothing to weigh it against.
When a buyer names a problem, ask what it costs before you ask anything else. Your coach has put a two-minute video in your inbox with your own line played back.

Every year, somebody suggests the spaghetti tower
A bag of marshmallows, and three hours of your entire go-to-market.
The same three hours, and the only thing on the agenda that answers what the event was for.
