The right Quantified alternative depends on which Quantified job you are replacing. Teams selling outside regulated markets look at Second Nature, Hyperbound or Exec, teams that want practice inside a platform they already run look at Mindtickle, Allego or Showpad, and teams whose certified reps still stall on real deals look at AI deal coaching.

What Quantified does
Quantified is a practice, certification and coaching platform for regulated selling. Its home page leads with "AI Sales Coaching & Roleplay That Wins" and calls itself "the #1 Platform for Life Sciences and Regulated Industries".
The platform covers the rep lifecycle. Quantified lists AI Roleplay ("realistic practice for high-stakes conversations"), Readiness AI for onboarding, launch and certification prep, Self-Authoring to "build simulations from approved content in days", and Field AI for "pre-call prep, post-call debriefs, and ongoing reinforcement". Every capability, it says, "runs on your approved content, your scoring criteria, and one audit trail". Its platform page places Quantified between the learning system and the CRM: the LMS handles training, "your CRM runs the deals", and Quantified sits in the middle.
Quantified makes its case against general tools plainly: "Generic roleplay tools score how a rep sounds. Quantified is built for regulated environments, so practice reflects your market, your approved claims, and your definition of ready".
Why teams look for a Quantified alternative
Teams that look past Quantified usually give one of four reasons.
- They do not sell in a regulated market, so on-label scoring and audit trails matter less to them.
- They already run an enablement suite and want practice inside it.
- They want a sales-only practice tool with buyer personas outside healthcare.
- Their reps pass certification and still stall on live deals.
On the fourth: a certification shows a rep can run the conversation on approved messaging. It does not tell the rep why this hospital system went quiet after the value analysis meeting, or who on the committee still has not seen a number. The gap between what a rep learned and what they do on a live call three weeks later is performance drift. Coaching on the live deal closes it, and there are never enough managers to do that coaching with every rep. That is why our experts coach the deal as well as the skill.
Quantified and Replicate Labs, decision by decision
Quantified's column is from its own pages. Ours is from our site.
| The decision | Quantified | Replicate Labs |
|---|---|---|
| What it coaches | Skills and on-label messaging, through practice, certification and field reinforcement | The deal: what the buyer said, what is missing, the next move |
| Where it works | Practice scenarios built from approved content, plus pre-call prep and post-call debriefs | The live pipeline, before and after each call |
| How the rep works with it | Runs a roleplay with an AI persona; is scored against approved criteria | Talks the deal through with an AI sales expert on a call; types when they cannot talk |
| Method support | Your scoring criteria and approved content | The team's own method runs natively: Gap Selling, the ValueSelling Framework®, MEDDPICC or a house method |
| Manager view | "Readiness signals leaders can act on" | Bryce, the manager coach, reads calls, roleplays, coaching history and deals and preps each 1:1 |
We run the practice layer too: roleplay "with a buyer who holds the line", built from your personas and scored on your scorecard. Our experts also prep the rep before a call and debrief after it. What sits on top is the deal itself. A deal review with us is a call, and the expert asks what the buyer said, in the buyer's numbers, before suggesting a move. Our side-by-side page is Replicate Labs vs Quantified.
Quantified alternatives by the reason to switch
For sales practice outside regulated markets: Second Nature, Hyperbound or Exec
Second Nature sells "AI role plays and coaching that turn training into go-to-market execution", with video avatar discovery calls and multi-persona meetings. Hyperbound tells reps to "practice with realistic AI buyers, uncover what works in real calls, and get guidance during conversations and across deals". Exec offers "AI-native training for high-stakes conversations" for sales, service and support. Pick one of these when the hardest conversation is a commercial one. Quantified vs Second Nature compares the two most often weighed together, and Hyperbound alternatives covers the sales practice segment.
For practice inside a suite you already run: Mindtickle, Allego or Showpad
Mindtickle opens with "Your AI teammate for every deal". Allego offers to "unify learning, coaching, content, and digital selling in one platform". Showpad, which now includes Bigtincan after Vector Capital combined the two under the Showpad brand in October 2025, describes a Roleplay AI avatar "who knows your industry and competitors, interrupts, and objects". Showpad also sells to medical device teams, which its home page names first. Pick a suite when content and training already live there.
For the live deal: Replicate Labs
This is our category, so weigh it accordingly. Replicate Labs builds AI sales experts with deep specialist knowledge and the judgment to apply it in your method. Caty works the live deal with the rep on a call. She asks for the buyer's evidence, names what the team's method says is missing, agrees one move for the next conversation and opens the next session with it. Pick it when reps are certified and the forecast still slips. Teams in regulated markets can run both: practice and sign-off in one tool, deal coaching in the other.
One certified rep, one live deal (illustrative)
The rep, buyer and numbers below are invented.
- 01Who sits on the committee? She names three of the five
- 02Has supply chain seen the five-year cost?No
- 03Who raised the budget question? She heard about it secondhand
- 04The move for TuesdayWalk supply chain through the five-year figures
Priya sells a surgical imaging system. She was certified on the launch messaging in week two, scored against approved claims. Now she is working a $380,000 deal with a 400-bed hospital, and it has been quiet since the value analysis committee met.
On a call with a deal coach, Priya says the head of surgery "loves it". The coach asks who sits on the committee. She names three of the five. Has supply chain seen the total cost over five years? No. Who raised the budget question in the meeting? She heard about it secondhand. The move for Tuesday: ask the head of surgery who on the committee asked about cost, and offer to walk supply chain through the five-year figures before the next meeting. When she comes back, the coach asks how that meeting went.
Her certification held up. The committee was the problem.
Testing a Quantified alternative
Test a Quantified alternative on your own conversations, with pass lines written before the trial. Give each tool ten recorded calls or roleplays your managers have already ranked and compare its order with theirs. Then score one call twice and count how many scores move; in our call-scoring study, the final setup changed 1.7% of scores on a re-run. A regulated team should put the compliance scoring through the same two tests. The full list is in how to evaluate AI sales coaching software, the AI sales coaching guide explains the category, and our ranked list is at best AI sales coaching software.

FAQ
What are the best alternatives to Quantified AI? The best Quantified alternative depends on the job you are replacing. Second Nature, Hyperbound and Exec suit commercial practice outside regulated markets, Mindtickle, Allego and Showpad suit teams that want practice inside an enablement suite, and Replicate Labs suits teams that want certified reps coached on their live deals.
Is Quantified only for pharma? Quantified positions itself as a platform for life sciences and regulated industries, and its home page leads with that. Its practice runs on approved content and scoring criteria with one audit trail. Teams outside regulated markets can use it, though much of the product is built around compliance controls.
How much does Quantified cost? Quantified does not publish a figure. Its pricing page compares packages, describes "one all-inclusive price" and asks buyers to request pricing, so any number you see elsewhere is a third-party estimate. Ask what the package you trial includes, Field AI and certification in particular.
Does Quantified coach reps after certification? Yes. Quantified's Field AI offers pre-call prep, post-call debriefs and ongoing reinforcement, according to its home page. A deal coach goes further on the opportunity itself: it works the specific deal with the rep on a call, names what the buyer has not confirmed and follows up on the agreed move next session.
Can I use Quantified and a deal coach together? Yes. A regulated team can keep Quantified for practice, certification and the audit trail, and add a deal coach for the live pipeline. Certification proves a rep can deliver the approved conversation; the deal coach helps them move a specific opportunity forward.
