Salesloft alternatives, sorted by the job you are replacing

Salesloft alternatives grouped by the job: engagement plus data, CRM-native outreach, outbound calling, agents, or coaching reps on live deals.

The right Salesloft alternative depends on which part of Salesloft you want to replace. Teams that want contact data and engagement in one tool look at Apollo, teams that want engagement inside their CRM look at HubSpot Sales Hub, teams that want agents across the whole cycle look at Outreach, outbound calling teams look at Nooks, and teams that want reps coached on the deals in their pipeline look at AI deal coaching.

What Salesloft does after the Clari merger

Salesloft is a sales engagement platform that has grown into what it now calls "the Predictive Revenue System". Clari and Salesloft completed their merger on 3 December 2025, named Steve Cox CEO, and said they would double R&D investment.

The product runs in modules. Cadence is the engagement engine, with "AI account agents that research accounts, identify buyers, and draft personalized emails". Rhythm gives the team "a single prioritized workflow", and Plays tell reps what to do next when a buyer does something meaningful. Conversations is Salesloft's conversation intelligence, where "what buyers say become automatic CRM updates, seller actions, and coaching moments". The home page adds AI forecast summaries and deal risk plays, and says Salesloft "captures every revenue signal across your stack" and turns those signals into the next move.

A team leaving Salesloft is rarely leaving all of it. Usually one module is the problem, or the shape of the bundle.

Why teams look for a Salesloft alternative

Teams that look past Salesloft usually want one of five things.

  1. Contact data and engagement from the same vendor, so lists and sequences sit together.
  2. Engagement inside the CRM they already run.
  3. A heavier outbound calling motion, with the dialer at the center of the rep's day.
  4. A broader agent platform, or a simpler one after the merger changed the bundle.
  5. Reps who are coached on the deal. Salesloft can tell a rep what to do next and flag a risky deal. A rep still has to run the next conversation, and nobody has asked them what the buyer said about budget.

The fifth reason is ours to make. Signals flag the deal; somebody still has to work it with the rep, on every deal, every week, and there are never enough good managers for that. More on why our experts start from the deal.

Salesloft and Replicate Labs, decision by decision

Salesloft's column is from its own pages. Ours is from our site.

The decision Salesloft Replicate Labs
What it coaches Coaching moments surfaced from recorded calls; next actions from signals The rep, on the deal: what the buyer said, what is missing, the next move
Where it works Cadences, the daily workflow, recorded conversations, deals and forecast The live pipeline, before and after each call
How the rep works with it Works a prioritized task list and cadence steps Talks the deal through with an AI sales expert on a call; types when they cannot talk
Method support Playbooks updated from winning patterns The team's own method runs natively: Gap Selling, the ValueSelling Framework®, MEDDPICC or a house method
Manager view Pipeline visibility, AI forecast summaries, deal risk plays Bryce, the manager coach, reads calls, coaching history and deals behind the numbers and preps each 1:1

Replicate Labs does not send sequences, so it sits beside Cadence. On the coaching layer it scores the calls a rep brings, or a connected recorder holds, against your method, writes the follow-up from the call and checks that follow-up against the method before it sends. A deal review is a call: the rep talks the deal through, and the coach asks what the buyer said, in the buyer's numbers. Our side-by-side page is Replicate Labs vs Salesloft.

Salesloft alternatives by the job you are replacing

Data and engagement in one tool: Apollo

Apollo offers to "grow revenue with one connected GTM system" and lists a workspace "for prospecting, outreach, and dialing" with "200+ integrations". Its home page says over 600,000 companies use it. Pick it when list building and sequencing should live together.

Engagement inside the CRM: HubSpot Sales Hub

HubSpot's Sales Hub page offers "automated multi-channel outreach that adapts based on prospect engagement", a power dialer, and a Breeze Prospecting Agent, currently in beta, that sources buying committees. Pick it when the team already runs HubSpot as its CRM.

Agents across the cycle: Outreach

Outreach calls itself an "Agentic AI Platform for Revenue Teams", with agents "across prospecting, deal execution, conversation intelligence, coaching, and forecasting". Pick it when you want one engagement-led platform, run by agents, from the first touch to the forecast.

Outbound calling: Nooks

Nooks describes "revenue infrastructure for reps and agents" and "one execution layer across every motion", covering outbound, inbound, deal management, expansion and coaching. Pick it when phone-led outbound is the core motion.

Conversation intelligence on its own: Gong

Gong says it will "capture every interaction, analyze what's working, and automate what happens next". Pick it when call analytics is the module you care about most. Gong vs Salesloft compares the two directly.

Coaching the rep on the deal: Replicate Labs

This is our category, so weigh it accordingly. Replicate Labs builds AI sales experts that diagnose deals, coach your people, do the work and report on it, in your method. Many teams keep their engagement platform and add one. The rep talks a deal through with Caty on a call, or with Keenan if the team sells on Gap Selling; the expert names what the method says is missing and agrees the next move, then opens the next session with it. Pick it when the cadence is running and deals still slip.

One deal, a cadence and a call (illustrative)

The rep, buyer and numbers below are invented.

Owen's $75,000 deal with a freight broker went quiet after the demo. The engagement platform does its job: it flags the silence, moves the contact into a re-engagement cadence and drafts a check-in email. Owen sends it and hears nothing back.

On a call with a coach, Owen says the champion "is just busy". The coach asks what the champion said the current process costs. Owen does not know. Who else was in the demo? A finance analyst who asked about contract terms. Has anyone followed up with her? No. The move for this week: email the analyst the contract summary she asked for, and ask the champion what the manual load matching costs his team each week. The coach logs both, and opens with them next time.

The cadence kept the deal visible. The call gave Owen something to say.

Testing the coaching layer

Engagement tools are judged on deliverability and connect rates. Any tool that scores calls or coaches reps needs a different test, run on your own calls with pass lines set in advance. Ask it to score ten calls your managers have ranked and check whether it puts them in the same order; our final setup in the call-scoring study reached 0.89 rank agreement. Then bring a live deal and bring it back a week later. The checklist is in how to evaluate AI sales coaching software, the AI sales coaching guide explains the category, and Hyperbound alternatives covers practice tools. Our ranked list is at best AI sales coaching software.

FAQ

What is the best alternative to Salesloft? The best Salesloft alternative depends on the module you are replacing. Apollo suits data plus engagement, HubSpot Sales Hub suits teams on HubSpot's CRM, Outreach suits an agent-led platform across the cycle, Nooks suits phone-led outbound, Gong suits conversation intelligence, and Replicate Labs suits teams that want reps coached on live deals.

Did Clari merge with Salesloft? Yes. Clari and Salesloft completed their merger on 3 December 2025, according to Salesloft's newsroom, and named Steve Cox CEO of the combined company. Salesloft's home page now describes "the Predictive Revenue System", with forecasting and deal risk features alongside cadences and conversation intelligence.

What is the difference between Salesloft and Outreach? Both are sales engagement platforms that have added AI agents, conversation intelligence and forecasting. Salesloft now carries Clari's forecasting after the merger and describes a predictive revenue system. Outreach describes an agentic platform where AI agents work across prospecting, deal execution, coaching and forecasting. Trial both on your own sequences and deals.

Does Salesloft coach sales reps? Salesloft's Conversations module surfaces coaching moments from recorded calls, and Rhythm tells reps what to do next from buyer signals. That gives a manager material to coach with. Coaching the rep on a specific deal, on a call before the next conversation, is the job a deal coach adds.

Can I keep Salesloft and add a deal coach? Yes. Many teams keep their engagement platform for sequences and the daily workflow and add a coach for the deals in the pipeline. Salesloft keeps the deal moving through steps; the coach prepares the rep for the conversation each step leads to.
