Salesloft is a revenue platform: cadences for outreach, conversation intelligence, deal and pipeline views, forecasting and AI agents, run from one data layer. Replicate Labs builds AI sales experts that work each rep's live deals with them on a call, in the team's own method. For a team weighing Salesloft alternatives, the first question is which job needs doing: replacing the system reps work in, or adding coaching on the deals that system flags. This page is mostly about the second.
The rep's workflow and the coaching session
Salesloft is where a rep's day runs. It decides who to contact, captures the calls, flags pipeline risk, rolls up the forecast and shows the manager who is behind on activity. Its coaching module is a set of dashboards that compare reps on emails, calls and meetings against goals. Replicate Labs reads deals from buyer evidence, scores calls and judges emails as well. What it adds is the coaching session: a rep talking a specific deal through with an AI sales expert who knows the method, and leaving with what to say next.

What Salesloft says it does
Salesloft's home page calls it "the predictive revenue system". It says it "captures every revenue signal across your stack, separates the ones that drive outcomes from the noise, and turns them into your next move". The flow it draws runs from data to signals to agents to next steps, with the CRO getting an AI forecast summary and the account team getting a "next best action", meeting prep and MCP queries.
Salesloft's /pricing address now opens a "See it live" booking page, which lists the products by name: Cadence, Conversation Intelligence, Deals, Rhythm, Clari Forecast, Inspect and Analytics, joined by AI agents, an MCP and a unified revenue data layer. It publishes no prices. Clari and Salesloft completed their merger on 3 December 2025 and appointed Steve Cox CEO of the combined company.
On coaching, the product page says managers can "use AI-powered call recordings and customer interactions to understand sales performance and efficiency at prospecting and closing deals", and can "identify behaviors of top performers to uplevel your entire organization". The help article, last published 6 October 2026, defines the feature: "Salesloft Coaching is a series of dashboards that track goals and compare rep performance across a group or team". The dashboards show "how well a seller is performing key actions like emails, calls, and meetings"; managers set goals and "review activities so they can coach reps on better prospecting techniques or objection handling".
Salesloft suits a team that needs every rep working the right accounts in the right order, with managers seeing it.
What Replicate Labs adds to the workflow
Replicate Labs takes the team's buyers, method and scorecard once, set up with the methodology partner where there is one. From then on the experts work the live deal, judge the email and read the week, on the platform, in Claude and Slack, and in the CRM.
- 01Asks what the rep knows
- 02Names the gapWhat the buyer said against what the rep concluded
- 03Words for the next conversation
- 04Agenda for the session after
A deal review is a call. The rep opens it, an expert such as Caty appears on camera and they talk it through "the way you would with a manager who has unlimited time and has read everything". The expert asks what the rep knows, names the gap between what the buyer said and what the rep concluded, gives the words for the next conversation and sets the agenda for the session after. If a recorder is connected, the rep points the expert at the call itself, and the expert carries the deal between sessions. Typing is the fallback.
The layer Salesloft covers is here too, from the coaching side. The cold email is scored before it sends against the team's prospecting method, and a five-touch sequence is read as one thing, with the touch named where it stops giving the buyer a reason to reply. The follow-up to a call is drafted and judged against the method. Bryce, the manager coach, reads commit deals by asking whether the buyer said the number, preps each 1:1 with one strength, one gap and one drill tied to a call, and answers in Slack. The method is Gap Selling, the ValueSelling Framework®, MEDDPICC or the team's own.

One flagged deal, both ways (illustrative)
The deal, people and figures are invented to show the shape.
An account executive has a $160,000 deal in stage four. Salesloft does what it should: a signal fires when a new VP of Finance appears on the buyer's side, Rhythm puts "re-engage the economic buyer" at the top of the rep's list, and Inspect flags the deal as at risk in the Friday pipeline view. The manager's coaching dashboard shows the rep is below goal on meetings booked this month.
Everyone now knows what should happen. The rep still has to write to a VP of Finance she has never met, about a problem her champion has only described as "a lot of manual work".
In Replicate Labs, she opens a call with Caty. Caty asks what the champion said the manual work costs. She does not know. The finding: the VP of Finance will look for a number and there is none, so any email to her is a meeting request with nothing in it. The move: one question back to the champion that puts hours and people on the manual work, then a two-line note to the VP using the champion's figure. Caty drafts that note with her and judges it against the method before it sends. Bryce shows the manager the same gap in the commit read.
Salesloft told her what to do next. The expert worked out with her how to do it.
Testing it beside Salesloft
Salesloft already records the calls, so the material for a trial is there. Take ten of them, score them in both against the same rubric, and have two managers rank them too. The scorer to trust is the one that orders calls like your managers; in our call-scoring research, a scorer that never read the transcript posted a better average error than the best real model, which is why ranking is the better check.
Then bring one flagged deal to a working session and judge the output on whether the rep acts on it. The full list is in how to evaluate AI sales coaching software.
Running the system or coaching inside it
Salesloft fits a team that needs one system to run outreach, capture calls, manage deals and forecast, with activity goals and dashboards for every manager. With Clari Forecast in the suite, it reaches from first touch to the CRO's number.
Replicate Labs fits a team that already has that system and still loses deals between the signal and the next conversation, because managers cannot coach every deal with every rep. Keep Salesloft for the workflow; the AI sales experts work the deal beside it. The category is explained in the AI sales coaching guide, and the ranked list is at best AI sales coaching software.
A deal Salesloft flags is the right first test, because the signal is already there and the next conversation is not. To work one through together, talk to us.
