Spekit is a revenue enablement platform: governed content, learning paths, AI roleplay, deal rooms and an AI coach called Sidekick that works inside the tools reps already use. Replicate Labs builds AI sales experts that work each rep's live deals with them on a call, in the team's own method.
Two meanings of an AI coach
Both products put a coach next to the rep's deal, and they mean different things by it. Spekit's Sidekick watches what the rep is doing in Salesforce, Gmail or Gong and surfaces the right content, guidance or drafted action beside it. Our AI sales experts hold a conversation: the rep talks the deal through, the expert asks what the buyer said, finds what is missing and gives the words for the next call. We are in the rep's tools too, in Claude, Slack and the CRM. The deal review as a call, and a manager coach across the team, are what we add.
For how enablement platforms and coaching platforms split the market, see AI sales tools compared by the job they do.
What Spekit says it does
Spekit's home page offers "AI-first revenue enablement for every rep and every agent" through its "Rep Acceleration Platform": "one governed source for content management, learning, coaching, content creation, digital sales rooms and deal intelligence delivered as Enablement in the Flow of Work®".
The coaching claim is direct. Spekit says agentic coaching "detects what a rep is doing and delivers the right guidance, content, or action in the moment with coaching personalized to their deal, then automating the work that follows: drafting the business case, building the deal room, and more". AI Sidekick, the Chrome extension that carries it into Salesforce, Gong, Gmail and other tools, is described as "an always-on AI coach working alongside reps in every deal". Recommendations draw on "call transcripts, Salesforce data, and your GTM knowledge" so that each one "reflects this buyer, this stage, this conversation".
The pricing page fills in the parts. Sidekick deal agents cover deal, email, opportunity and account, and call review; coaching appears beside emails in Gmail and Outlook, beside opportunities in Salesforce, and beside calls reps review in Gong, Kaia, Salesloft and Clari. AI Role Play is "white-labeled AI role play for practice and certification" built into learning paths and "AI-scored against your criteria". Spekit prices per seat, "quoted based on your requirements".
Spekit is built for a team whose problem is finding the right, current answer in the middle of the work. Governed content in every app is a hard thing to build, and Spekit has built it.
Replicate Labs, in conversation
Replicate Labs takes the team's buyers, method and scorecard once, set up with the methodology partner, and from then on the experts work the live deal on the platform, in Claude and Slack, and in the CRM.
- 01Two minutes of the coach's questionsVague answers get vague coaching
- 02The findingWhat the buyer said against what the rep concluded
- 03The moveIn words the rep can use
- 04The agendaFor the next session
The deal review is a call. The rep opens it, an expert such as Caty comes up on camera, and they talk the deal through the way the rep would with a manager who had read every note and had the whole afternoon free.
The session starts with two minutes of the coach's questions, because vague answers get vague coaching; then the finding, usually the gap between what the buyer said and what the rep concluded; then the move in words the rep can use; then the agenda for the next session. Talking matters because people shorten things when they type, and the detail the coach needs is usually in the part they would have left out. Typing is the fallback, for when the rep can't talk.
The rest of the platform covers ground Spekit also covers. Roleplay runs against the team's own buyer personas and is scored on the team's scorecard; courses run in the team's method; the follow-up is drafted and judged against the method before the rep sends it. The same coach, with the same memory, answers in Slack. For managers, Bryce preps each 1:1 with one strength, one gap and one drill tied to a call, and gives a Monday read of which deals need attention this week and which carry buyer evidence. The method is Gap Selling, the ValueSelling Framework®, MEDDPICC or the team's own.

One opportunity, both ways (illustrative)
The company, people and figures are invented to show the shape.
An account executive opens a $62,000 opportunity in Salesforce the morning after a pilot wrap-up call. Sidekick does its job well: it surfaces the pricing guidance because the buyer asked about cost, suggests the industry case study, drafts a follow-up email from the Gong call and offers to build a deal room with an executive summary. The rep accepts all four.
In Replicate Labs, the rep opens a call with Caty, our expert for a team's own method, on the way into the office. Caty asks who decides and how. The rep says the champion "is driving it". Caty asks what the champion said about the approval process. Nothing; the rep assumed. The finding: the deal room and summary are going to someone who may not be able to say yes, and nobody has asked what happens after the champion agrees.
The move: one question for the next call that asks the champion to walk through the last purchase of this size, step by step, and who signed it. Caty then judges the follow-up email against the method and moves that question to the top.
Spekit gave the rep the right assets fast. The conversation found the question the assets could not ask.
Testing the two before you buy
If your team wants call scoring from either tool, give both the same ten recorded calls and the same scorecard, have two managers rank them, and trust the tool whose order matches theirs. In our call-scoring research the setups that held up also held steady on a re-run.
Then bring one live opportunity to each and ask the rep which output changed what they will say on the next call. The full checklist is in how to evaluate AI sales coaching software, and the two-week plan is in how to run an AI sales coaching pilot.
Content and process, or the deal conversation
Spekit fits an enablement team whose problem is content and process: reps who cannot find the current answer, launches that do not reach the field, deal rooms built by hand. Its in-workflow design keeps reps in the tools they already use.
Replicate Labs fits a team whose reps have the content and still lose deals on what the buyer never said, because managers cannot work every deal with every rep. The AI sales experts take the deal review as a conversation; Bryce takes the read across the team. More for enablement leaders is at Replicate Labs for enablement; the category is explained in the AI sales coaching guide, and the ranked list is at best AI sales coaching software.
The deal room in the example looked finished and had no approval path behind it. If that sounds like your pipeline, talk to us, or see what an enablement rollout looks like at for teams.
FAQ
What is Spekit AI Sidekick? AI Sidekick is Spekit's AI coach and assistant, delivered as a Chrome extension inside Salesforce, Gmail, Gong and other apps. It surfaces approved content, coaching and next steps based on the deal in front of the rep, and its agents draft emails, executive summaries, proposals and deal rooms.
Does Spekit do sales coaching? Yes. Spekit's agentic coaching surfaces guidance and actions personalized to the rep's deal inside their tools, and its AI Role Play gives scored practice inside learning paths. The coaching is delivered beside the work as suggestions and drafts. The pages read do not describe a spoken deal review in which the coach questions the rep.
What is the difference between Spekit and Replicate Labs? Spekit is a revenue enablement platform with governed content and an in-workflow AI coach. Replicate Labs builds AI sales experts: the rep talks each live deal through with an expert on a call, in the team's method, and a manager coach reads the team. Both offer roleplay and in-tool help.
Can Spekit and Replicate Labs be used together? Yes. Spekit stays the source for content, learning paths and deal rooms, and Replicate Labs coaches the rep on each deal and scores calls against the team's method. Agree which scorecard is the standard so a rep is not graded twice on different criteria.
How much does Spekit cost? Spekit does not publish prices. Its pricing page says it uses a per-seat model "quoted based on your requirements", with packages that add Sidekick deal agents and AI Role Play, as read on 31 October 2026. Replicate Labs sells on seats with implementation, quoted per team.
