Seismic is a revenue enablement platform: governed sales content, training and coaching programs, buyer engagement tools and Aura AI agents, now with Highspot under the same name. Replicate Labs builds AI sales experts that work each rep's live deals with them on a call, in the team's own method.
What reps have, and what they do with it
Seismic decides what reps have to hand: the approved deck, the right case study for this industry, the training course, the practice scenario. Replicate Labs works on what the rep does with all of it on a specific deal. We run practice, scoring, courses and meeting prep in your method too, so an enablement team gets the coaching layer it would otherwise buy as a module. On top sits an AI sales expert who talks the live deal through with the rep, and Bryce, who reads the pipeline for the manager. The content platform stays where it is.

What Seismic says it does
Seismic's home page calls it "the AI platform for revenue execution" and promises to help teams "move from preparation to GTM performance" with "trusted content, intelligence, and role-based agents everywhere your teams work". It says approximately 2,000 organizations use it. Seismic completed its merger with Highspot on 18 August 2026; the combined company operates under the Seismic name, led by CEO Rob Tarkoff, and the announcement puts it at 2,500 customers. Highspot's site now reads "Highspot by Seismic".
Aura AI is the agent layer. Seismic says Aura "transforms disconnected GTM data, content, conversations, and workflows into coordinated revenue execution", and works across "Seismic, Slack, Microsoft, Claude and beyond". Its agents cover enablement execution, where content is created, adapted and governed by agents and programs are measured; buyer engagement, with trusted answers in the rep's tools, content tailored to each buyer and "AI-powered meeting prep" briefs for the account and opportunity; and coaching and development. That last area offers "scenario-based practice at scale" using "scenarios based on your deals, products, and top-performer behaviors", real-time feedback "so they can improve quickly and without manager coaching", and skill reinforcement that helps managers "focus coaching where it matters most".
Seismic Learning adds the training side: courses, AI-powered roleplays, video recordings, AI-driven assessments and "personalized coaching plans" for underperforming reps, with integrations for an existing LMS and CRM. Its headline claims that "AI-powered sales training changes behavior and drives revenue growth".
Seismic publishes no pricing; its pricing URL returned a "Not found" page on 31 October 2026.
Replicate Labs for an enablement team
Replicate Labs takes the team's playbook, buyers and scorecard once, set up with the methodology partner, then coaches every rep against them. The experts run Gap Selling, the ValueSelling Framework®, MEDDPICC or the method the team wrote itself.

- Bryce for the enablement leadMaps where the team clears each criterion
A deal review is a call. The rep opens it, an expert such as Caty, Val or Keenan appears on camera, and they talk the deal through the way the rep would with a manager who had read every note and had the whole afternoon free. The expert asks what the rep knows, names the gap between what the buyer said and what the rep concluded, gives the words for the next call and sets the agenda for the session after. It carries the deal between sessions. Typing is the fallback for when a rep cannot talk.
The enablement layer is part of the platform. Roleplay runs against the team's own buyer personas and every round is scored on the team's scorecard; courses run in the method with the coach checking the work; a coach call before a meeting does the prep. For the enablement lead, Bryce scores calls and roleplays against the scorecard and maps where the team clears each criterion and where calls fall off. For managers, Bryce preps the 1:1 and reads which commit deals carry the buyer's own number. Our enablement page answers the LMS question directly: "Run them in parallel: the LMS for content, Replicate Labs for the calls".

One deal with the right content (illustrative)
The company, people and figures are invented to show the shape.
An account executive has a $210,000 deal with a manufacturer. Seismic does its part. Aura's meeting brief pulls the right industry case study and the approved ROI calculator, the rep practiced the pricing scenario last week, and the buyer tells him she has read the deck twice.
The deal still stalls after the third meeting. The buyer said the current process is "painful at quarter end" and the rep sent the ROI calculator with his own estimates filled in.
In Replicate Labs, the rep opens a call with an AI sales expert. The expert asks where the numbers in the calculator came from. They are his. The finding: the buyer read the deck twice because it was interesting, and nobody on her side has said what quarter end costs, so there is nothing for her CFO to approve. The move: one question for the buyer that puts hours and people on quarter end, and an offer to fill the calculator in with her on the next call. Bryce's capability map shows the enablement lead whether the same step is where other reps' calls stall.
Testing the coaching layer
If Seismic's coaching module and Replicate Labs are both on the table, the enablement lead can run the comparison on material the team already has: ten recorded calls and the team's own scorecard. Three checks, drawn from our call-scoring research:
- Ranking. Two managers rank the ten calls; compare each tool's order with theirs.
- Re-runs. Score one call twice and count what moved.
- Anchors. Ask what each score is anchored to. In our study, giving the scorer the reasons trained assessors wrote for their marks lifted its fit with human scores from 0.62 to 0.72; textbook examples added nothing.

Content platform, coaching layer
Seismic fits an enterprise that needs governed content, training and buyer engagement in one platform, with agents that put the right asset in front of the rep. Highspot now sells under the Seismic name as well.
Replicate Labs fits a team that has the content and the training and still sees deals stall on the same missing steps, because managers cannot work every deal with every rep. Keep the content platform for what reps show; add the experts for how they work the deal. More for enablement leaders is at Replicate Labs for enablement; the category is explained in the AI sales coaching guide, and the ranked list is at best AI sales coaching software.
