Nooks is revenue infrastructure for outbound teams: an AI parallel dialer, sequencing, prospecting signals and deal follow-up, with AI coaching that scores calls and turns the gaps into roleplay bots. Replicate Labs builds AI sales experts that work each rep's emails, calls and live deals with them, in the team's own method.
The dial and what comes after it
Nooks is built around the dial. Its coaching listens to the cold-call library, finds where reps lose the prospect and gives them a bot to fix it before the next dial. Replicate Labs coaches outbound too: Keenan scores the cold email in Gap Prospecting and rewrites the paragraph costing replies. Then it stays with the rep once the meeting is booked, through discovery, the second stakeholder and the deal that goes quiet.
For how outbound tools and coaching tools split across the market, see AI sales tools compared by the job they do.
What Nooks says it does
Nooks' home page calls it "revenue infrastructure for reps and agents" and "one execution layer across every motion", organized into five motions: outbound, inbound, deal management, expansion, and coaching and performance. The deal management motion promises "automatic follow-up, next steps, stakeholder intelligence, and agents that keep opportunities on track".
The dialer is the center. Nooks sells "market-leading parallel dialing, spam protection, and real-time coaching", automates voicemail drops, notes and logging, and runs a Virtual Salesfloor where managers can "shadow live calls, give whisper coaching in the moment, and celebrate wins as a team".
The AI coaching page puts the loop in one line: "Automatically score calls to find skill gaps, then generate targeted AI roleplays to fix them instantly. Reps practice on bots, not your prospects". Personas are created "based on real calls", live battlecards pop up a talk track when an objection or competitor comes up, and script compliance is monitored across teams. A searchable call library lets reps hear the best calls.
Nooks is candid about fit. One of Nooks' own pages says it is not ideal for "teams that rarely make outbound calls or have a limited need for structured practice" or "organizations with highly specialized workflows that don't involve repeatable conversations", and that every plan has a two-seat minimum. Pricing is by custom quote.
Replicate Labs from first email to closed deal
Replicate Labs takes the team's buyers, method and scorecard once, set up with the methodology partner, then coaches every stage.
- 01Cold email scoredGap Prospecting, biggest gap named
- 02RewrittenFrom the line that works
- 03Meeting bookedThe work becomes the deal
- 04Deal review on a callBefore and after each meeting
For outbound, Keenan scores a cold email before it sends on the eight things Gap Prospecting asks of one, names the biggest gap and rewrites from the line that works. Roleplaying the brush-off is there for the rep who wants a run at it. Bryce shows the SDR manager the pattern across the team, without handing over the reps' transcripts.
After the meeting is booked, the work becomes the deal. A deal review is a call: the rep talks it through with Caty, our deal expert, or with Keenan on a Gap Selling team, or Val on a ValueSelling Framework® team, the way they would with a manager who has unlimited time and has read everything. The expert finds the gap between what the buyer said and what the rep concluded, gives the words for the next call and carries the deal into the next session. Typing is the fallback. Managers get Bryce for 1:1 prep with evidence and a commit read that asks whether the buyer said the number.

One account, cold call to stalled deal (illustrative)
The company, people and figures are invented to show the shape.
An SDR is working a logistics company with four depots. In Nooks, the parallel dialer gets her to a connect on the third pass of the morning. A battlecard appears when the prospect says they already use a competitor, and the scored call shows she rushed her opener, so a roleplay bot on openers is waiting for her that afternoon. She books the meeting. That is Nooks doing what it was built for, and doing it well.
Three weeks later the account executive has run discovery and the deal is quiet. The buyer said the night handover "goes wrong sometimes" and the AE wrote "pain confirmed" in the CRM.
In Replicate Labs, the AE opens a call with Caty. She asks how often "sometimes" is and what it costs. The AE does not know. The finding: the deal has a problem with no size and a single contact, so nobody senior has a reason to act. The move: one question for the buyer that puts a number on the missed handovers, and a request to bring in the operations director who owns the cost. On Friday Bryce shows the manager the same gap across three other deals.
The dialer got the team to the meeting. The deal needed an expert after it.
A trial for an outbound team
Pull ten cold calls from the Nooks library and score them in both with one rubric. Have the SDR manager and one AE manager rank the same ten, and trust the tool whose order matches theirs; average error flatters a lazy scorer, as our call-scoring research found. Score one call twice to see how much moves.
Then talk to us and bring one cold email and one stalled deal to a working session. The full list is in how to evaluate AI sales coaching software. For Nooks against a practice platform, read Nooks vs Hyperbound.
High-volume dialing or a pipeline to coach
Nooks fits a high-volume outbound team that lives in the dialer and wants dialing, sequencing, signals and cold-call coaching in one place. Nooks' own page is right that a team making few calls will get less from it.
Replicate Labs fits a team where outbound feeds a pipeline that managers cannot coach deal by deal. The AI sales experts work the email and the deal, and Bryce gives the manager the read across all of it. More on the outbound side is at improve outbound performance; the category is explained in the AI sales coaching guide, and the ranked list is at best AI sales coaching software.
An SDR team that already lives in Nooks can start with the email scorer and add the deal coaching when meetings start stalling. Talk to us about running both.
FAQ
Does Nooks do sales coaching? Yes. Nooks scores calls to find skill gaps, generates AI roleplay bots from real calls to fix them, shows live battlecards during calls and monitors script compliance. Managers can also whisper-coach on live calls in its Virtual Salesfloor. The coaching centers on outbound calls made through the Nooks dialer.
Is Nooks only for SDRs? Nooks is built for outbound first, around its parallel dialer, though its home page also covers inbound, deal management and expansion. One of its own pages says it is not ideal for teams that rarely make outbound calls or whose conversations are not repeatable.
What is the difference between Nooks and Replicate Labs? Nooks is outbound infrastructure with coaching built into the dialer. Replicate Labs is an AI sales coaching platform that scores cold email in Gap Prospecting and then coaches the live deal, with the rep talking it through on a call in the team's method, plus a manager coach across the team.
Can Nooks and Replicate Labs be used together? Yes. A team can keep Nooks for dialing, sequencing and cold-call coaching, and use Replicate Labs for scoring cold email in Gap Prospecting and coaching account executives on live deals. Agree which scorecard is the standard so reps are not marked twice.
How much does Nooks cost? Nooks does not publish prices. Its pricing page asks buyers to contact the team for a custom quote, and one of its own pages says every plan has a two-seat minimum. Replicate Labs sells on seats with implementation, quoted per team.
